Season 2 - Episode 1
At the very end of season 1, I almost had to turn my eyes away during the scene where Tuco is beating up one of the guys that works for him. I wasn't thrilled to see Season 2 start by repeating that scene. The important part at the end of that scene was where Walt figures out exactly how much money he is going to need to leave his family when he dies. $737,000, only 11 more deals with Tuco. The first deal with Tuco didn't go so well...so 11 more doesn't sound too good. Jesse has the feeling that there's no way they will make it 11 more deals with him because he thinks that Tuco is going to come for them and kill them. Instead of waiting for that to potentially happen, Jesse decides that he wants to kill Tuco first.
Throughout most of this Episode, Walt's behavior is getting very questionable. Of course, his family thinks that it is just a reaction to his cancer diagnosis. However, it is getting to the point where it is unacceptable behavior. Skyler says to him "....but you can't take it out on me." She is very fed up with the way he is acting.
Another interesting facet in the story is Hank's involvement with the drug "wars". He is quick to find out about Tuco's guys getting killed. This freaks Walt out right away, and also makes him scared that he may get caught.
Unfortunately, Jesse ends up showing up at Walt's house with Tuco holding a gun to his head. We don't really know why yet. This scene, the opening scene with the charred objects floating in the pool, and the scene with Tuco killing his helper, all point to a season of Breaking Bad that will be even crazier than the first.
